As the founder of the My Badagry My Future International Foundation (MBMF) and Badagry International Film Cultural & Sports Festival (BIFIF) Awhanse is committed to using audiovisual media to uplift his hometown of Badagry. Through his annual film festival, he has brought significant economic growth and international recognition to the region, showcasing the potential for border communities to thrive.
In addition to his social activism, Awhanse is a successful entrepreneur in the entertainment sector. Serving as the Principal Consultant of Saveoviyon Company and Gbagi Communication Ltd, he plays a pivotal role in the production of audiovisual content and is a driving force in the emerging entertainment industry.
